Returns – Unused apparel may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the invoice or receipt.

Exchanges – Unused apparel may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty Information – All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchases. Products returned for a manufacturing defect will be exchanged for a new version of that product.

Refunds – Refunds will be issued for any product returned unopened with a copy of the receipt of invoice within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellations – An order that has not yet been shipped may be cancelled for any reason within 24 hours of purchase. Peak 1 Bike Store reserves the right to cancel a transaction for reasons including but not limited to out of stock items, invalid payment transactions, and unreachable customers. To cancel your order you must contact customer support by phone at (866) 50-PEAK1 (507 – 3251). Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Delivery / Shipping – Customers may select from various shipping options and rates from the United States Postal Service and the United Parcel Service. All in-stock apparel will be shipped within 48 hours. A tracking number, if available for the preferred method of shipping, will be provided when the order is shipped. Transit times are subject to vendor guidelines and should be less than five days for most destinations in the continental United States.

Out of Stock Items – Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

International Orders – International orders are required to call customer service at (866) 50-PEAK1 (507 – 3251) or email for shipping rates and availability before an order can be processed.
